Investigators say around 5:40am on January 7, a man was biking northbound in the 19500 block of Lee Road when a driver struck the biker, knocking him into a ditch on the side of the road. The diver didn't stop to help the vehicle, even after the mirror on the right side of the vehicle struck the man and the cover broke off. The mirror cover, which is maroon, is the only evidence detectives have. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477. (Copyright ©2011 KTRK-TV/DT.
