HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man accused of injecting something into water bottles at a store in the Heights is expected back in court today. Christopher Slaughter, 26, is charged with tampering with a consumer product. He was arrested after a gas station employee saw Slaughter use a syringe to inject a mysterious substance into two, 20 ounce bottles of water.
<Court documents don't identify the substance but say it could cause bodily harm.
