After several hours, a SWAT standoff ended peacefully in La Port Friday morning. 
LA PORTE, TX (KTRK) -- A domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend turned into a SWAT scene in La Porte overnight. The woman called police around 9pm, asking for help at a home on Sioux near Burkett. Investigators say officers helped her out of the home, but the boyfriend locked himself inside. Around 3am, authorities found the man was not inside.
It is not known where he went or if any charges will be filed.
