CONROE, TX (KTRK) -- Three people are in stable condition after firefighters say their boat struck a bridge support last night. It happened around 11pm along the FM 1097 Long bridge on Lake Conroe in Montgomery County.
The North Montgomery County Fire Department says the boat was going northbound in the lake before crashing into the bridge support. Crews placed the three victims on their emergency boat before transporting them to Conroe Regional Hospital.
Investigators are still trying to figure out why the boat crashed.
