An officer said he saw Barlo Ochoa wreck his car then run from the scene. 
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police officers arrested a man who allegedly hid in a manhole after a hit-and-run crash. The crash happened on the Gulf Freeway between South Wayside and Griggs in southeast Houston.
An officer said he saw Barlo Ochoa wreck his car then run from the scene. That officer chased Ochoa until he jumped into a nearby manhole and refused to come out.
A dive team rescued Ochoa from the manhole.
He was taken to the hospital. There is no word on this condition.
