A day laborer dies in an accident at a shop in Montgomery County. 
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A day laborer was crushed to death in Montgomery County yesterday. Investigators say the victim was at a fabrication shop, working on a 3,500-pound flange when it fell over on top of him. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Montgomery County sheriff's deputies and OSHA are investigating.
