HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Today is the last day to sign up for the Chevron Houston Marathon. Even if you register for the marathon or half-marathon today, it doesn't mean you will be guaranteed a spot.
The marathon will start its lottery tomorrow and announce who received a spot on Monday. Anyone who has lost out in the lottery the past two years will get a spot automatically.
Only 25,000 runners will be allowed to compete.
