GALVESTON, TX (KTRK) -- A pilot and a passenger of a small plane were able to walk away from a crash landing in Galveston. It happened around 9:40am at Scholes International Airport. Airport officials say the plane made a belly landing on the runway.
Emergency crews responded to the scene. There were reports the pilot may have had issues with the landing gear but that hasn't been confirmed.
Both the pilot and a passenger were not injured in the crash.
