It happened on Homestead at Norments around 10:45pm. Police say several employees and friends were having a get together at the car wash, drinking beer and playing cards but an argument broke out and two men opened fire.
One was hit three times and was transported to Ben Taub Hospital. He is expected to live. The other man was taken into custody.
