A SWAT scene ended peacefully after police arrested a man accused of holding a woman hostage at an apartment 
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A SWAT scene ended peacefully after police arrested a man accused of holding a woman hostage at an apartment. It happened at the Barrington apartments on Bonhomme near Harwin in southwest Houston. Police say a call came in at around 1:30am Monday reporting that a woman was crying for help. When they arrived, investigators say they heard the man loading a gun.
SWAT teams negotiated with the suspect to try to get him to surrender, but had to make a forced entry to arrest him after about five hours.
They are now questioning the man and interviewing the alleged victim.
