HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A driver was bloodied while trying to out-drive police on the northeast side overnight. The 20-minute, low-speed chase ended when the driver finally gave up on Idylwild and Cavalcade.
Originally, officers tried to pull over the PT Cruiser for a traffic violation on North Main. The driver kept going until he finally surrendered.
It's not clear how he got that bloody cut just above his eye.
