The driver of this car is facing charges after crashing into an overpass pillar in northwest Houston and killing one of his passengers 
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A driver faces charges after crashing into an overpass pillar and killing one of his passengers Sunday morning. It happened around 3am on 43rd Street and Highway 290.
Police say the driver lost control and hit the overpass.
A 20-year old woman in the back seat died at the scene.
The driver and another passenger were sent to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police say the driver is being tested for drunken driving and could face charges of vehicular manslaughter.
