Pasadena police release sketch of suspect in deadly shooting

  PASADENA, TX (KTRK) -- Pasadena police have released a sketch of a man they say is behind a deadly shooting in Pasadena earlier this month.

The shooting happened on August 17 at around 10:30pm at the Victoria Village apartments at 1705 Jenkins.

When officers arrived, they found a victim suffering from several gunshot wounds. That victim, identified as Antonio Rojo-Benitz, 27, was transported to the hospital, where he later died.

Witnesses were able to give police a description of the shooter, from which a sketch was created. The suspect is identified as an Hispanic male in his early 30s with a stocky build. He's approximately 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-6, weighing approximately 180-210 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants.
