HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A 64-year-old Katy man is accused of sexually abusing his neighbor's son. Grady Green is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child for the alleged abuse of the five-year-old boy.
According to court documents, Green's neighbor frequently went to his house to administer medications to his wife. On August 7, the mother told investigators she went looking for her son at one point while they were there.
She said she found the boy coming out of a second-floor bedroom with Green. Later that day, the child reportedly told his mother he had a stomachache and told her about the assault.
Three days later, the child was interviewed at the Children's Assessment Center about the alleged abuse. He revealed more details, which launched a police investigation.
Green was arrested Friday and remained in jail Monday without bond.
