HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Children's Museum of Houston wants kids to know the importance of getting a good night's sleep, and our own Dave Ward gave them a hand Saturday. It was all part of the museum's "Snugglerama" event.
Kids who went to the museum dressed in their pajamas received $2 off admission as well as free milk and a cookie.
ABC13 anchor Dave Ward talked to children about the odd hours we work to make sure we get the big stories.
Other special guests included Andrea White, the wife of former Houston Mayor Bill White, and fellow author Mimi Vance. They presented their new bedtime adventures book, Snuggles, in celebration of September National Literacy Month. There was also a special appearance by "Elle Woods" of Legally Blonde.
