HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police say a body was found in White Oak Bayou this morning near I-10 and Studemont. A cyclist discovered the man's body just after 10am and called police. Police believe the man was homeless and lived in the area.
Police aren't sure yet exactly how the man drowned.
