Police say Terrell Eley, Jr., 40, is charged with burglary of a business
DICKINSON, TX (KTRK) -- Dickinson police arrested a man accused of breaking into a pharmacy early this morning. Police say they observed Terrell Eley, Jr., 40, break out a front door window of a CVS pharmacy and enter the business. When police went in, they say they found Eley near the back of the store. They say he tried to elude officers on foot and was apprehended after a struggle with officers. Eley has been charged with burglary of a building. Bond has been set at $60,000.
Dickinson police say there have been several burglaries of businesses in the area recently.
