Driver dies when SUV slams into tree in NW Harris Co.

  HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man is dead after crashing his SUV into a tree in northwest Harris County

The driver was on Fallbrook when he lost control, went into the median and struck a tree. He crashed across the street from the Cy-Fair Hospital, where he was taken and then later died.

A witness says the victim was driving normally then suddenly started driving erratically and hit the tree. Deputies do not know if a medical problem caused the crash.
