HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Firefighters were busy battling a house fire in northwest Houston. The fire broke out around 11:30am on Brittmore near Shadow Wood. SkyEye HD was over the scene and flames were shooting through the roof. Several men were on the roof of the home next door trying to help put out the flames with a water hose but the flames engulfed the home. Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the flames.
There were no reports of any injuries. The cause of the fire is unknown.
