Mom arrested for allegedly having sex with boy

Brandi Fuller, 30, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. Brandi Fuller, 30, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Pasadena woman accused of having sex with a 12-year-old boy is now behind bars.

Brandi Fuller is being held in Galveston County Jail. The 30-year-old mother of six is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. She had been at large since she was charged. Details of her arrest have not yet been released. Pasadena police say the boy's mother recently came to them when she grew suspicious that her young son may have fathered a baby with a family friend more than twice his age. That is still unknown, but according to police, the boy, who is now 14, claims Fuller initiated the sexual relationship when he was 12. Investigators also say Fuller admitted to having sex with the boy only one time, but the boy claims it happened 10 or 12 times after the initial incident. According to the affidavit, a police investigator states Fuller admitted to having sex with the boy when she and the children were all sleeping in the same bed, but that he initiated it and that she didn't want to make a big scene, so the encounter took place. Brandi Fuller does have a 10-month-old child, according to her sister. But the sister told Eyewitness News that Fuller claims the baby's father is actually the alleged victim's older brother, and that she's willing to produce DNA to prove it. Mom accused of having sex with young son's friend

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Pasadena police are looking for a woman charged with sexually assaulting a boy when he was 12 years old.

Pasadena police say the boy's mother recently came to them when she grew suspicious that her young son may have fathered a baby with a family friend more than twice his age. That's still unknown, but the woman is now charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Brandi Michelle Fuller is 30 years old and a mother of six. Now she's being sought by police. The charge is aggravated sexual assault of a then-12-year-old boy.

It allegedly happened two years ago at a mobile home park where neighbors remember her.

"You see somebody that needs a place to live, that's a female and has got a bunch of kids, you kind of see where it's gonna happen," said park manager Jimbo Cozad.

What police say happened in October 2009 was sexual assault. In a probable cause document, the boy says he was spending the night at Fuller's trailer when they first had sex. He claims it happened 10 or 12 times after that.

According to the affidavit, a police investigator states Fuller admitted to having sex with the boy when she and the children were all sleeping in the same bed, but that he initiated it and that she didn't want to make a big scene, so the encounter took place.

Her sister says she was staying with her at the time.

"We were all in the same room," said Brandi's sister Jennifer Fuller. "There was nothing going on, all the kids were in there."

Still, Fuller is charged and police are looking for her.

At the mobile home park, people are wondering about a former neighbor.

Cozad said, "You don't hear that much about women because it's pretty much kept quiet, but you know, that's a baby you're messing with."

Brandi Fuller does have a 10-month-old child, according to her sister. But the sister told Eyewitness News that Fuller claims the baby's father is actually the alleged victim's older brother, and that she's willing to produce DNA to prove it. First, though, Fuller and her children have to be found. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.

Ex-secretary accused of having sex with student

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The parents of students at a Houston ISD high school are getting an important letter from the principal. It details a crime one a former employee is accused of committing.

The incident is alleged to have happened off camp last summer. When the fall semester began, rumors of the encounter were investigated by HISD police. Now, two felony charges have been filed. Until last November at Madison High School, there was a 20-year-old clerk who worked at the school office. Her name is April Castillo and students say they remember her still. "There'd be a lot of male students in there than females -- like she let them stay there instead of telling them to go to class or give them a pass, and I was like, 'OK, it was kinda weird,'" student Cina Dennis said. Last summer though, according to a probable cause document, Castillo gave two 15-year-old male Madison students a ride in her car. That, according to police, turned into a sexual encounter in the back seat with one of the students. Castillo, according to the document, admitted to it. She was fired, and on Friday, a letter was sent home with students. "Allegations that an office clerk may have had an inappropriate relationship with a student were made in late November," Madison High School Principal Sonja Williams wrote. "An investigation was immediately launched by campus police and administrators. We notified Child Protective Services and the Houston Police Department, which launched its own investigation." "As a result of our investigation, the clerk was terminated on January 5, 2011," the statement continued." Castillo may be gone from school, but she's not forgotten. "It's not surprising because sometimes, there'd be a whole lotta male guys and she would just close the door and let them stay," said Dennis. According to court documents, Castillo is charged with improper relationship with a student and sexual assault of a child. Bond on each charge has been set at $30,000. (Copyright ©2011 KTRK-TV/DT.
