Suspects on the run after robbing NW Houston bank

  HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The FBI is looking for two suspects who entered a northwest Houston bank, ordered everyone on the floor and robbed it at gunpoint Friday.

The masked men held up the Wells Fargo on FM 1960 near Cutten at around 11am. No shots were fired and no one was hurt during the robbery.

The suspects took off in a brown passenger car with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A wad of cash was later discovered across the street from the bank. The FBI believes the suspects may have tossed it out of their getaway car.

Housekeeper accused of assaulting, robbing former client at her home in The Woodlands

  THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- A housekeeper is accused of assaulting and robbing one of her former clients at her home in The Woodlands.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Pine Edge on April 25, and found the homeowner had been beaten by two suspects. The female victim told deputies she answered a knock at her door at around 10am and a female that she recognized as a former housekeeper engaged her in conversation and asked if she had any work for her.

The victim says a male suspect then forced his way into the residence and that she was assaulted by both of the suspects and tied up. Weapons and jewelry were stolen from the residence.

Deputies say the victim was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.

Investigators have identified one of the suspects as Deedra Michelle Grubbs and have obtained a warrant for her arrest. Grubbs, 38, is charged with burglary of a habitation.

Three armed suspects accused of robbing pit bull seller

See it on TV? Check here.   HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three suspects are accused of an armed robbery of a man who was selling them a pit bull puppy.

According to court documents, the male victim, who sells pit bull puppies, received a call from a buyer the night of March 8 and agreed to meet the buyer at his south side house. The victim says when he walked out of his house at around 10:40pm, he was met by three armed suspects, who forced him back inside and demanded money and property. He told police that the suspects forced his wife to the floor and stole cash, electronics and his pit bull puppy.

Police say they tracked the caller's phone number to Roderick Mason and that the victim picked Mason out of a photo array. He also picked the two other suspects, Tori Kelly and John Joseph, out of photo arrays.

Mason was arrested on March 14 for an unrelated case, along with Joseph and Kelly, court documents state.

Kelly, Mason and Joseph are charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

Bond has been set at $30,000 each.

Police ID suspect accused of robbing bank

 David Glenn Manuel is accused of robbing a bank in Dayton on Tuesday afternoon.

  LIBERTY COUNTY, TX (KTRK) -- Detectives are searching for a Liberty County bank robbery suspect accused of reporting a fake bomb at a high school to distract officers from responding to his alleged heist.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 40-year-old David Glenn Manuel in connection to the Tuesday afternoon robbery of Security State Bank in Dayton, according to a Dayton Police Department statement. Detectives say just before he robbed the bank, Manuel called 9-1-1 threatening to set off a bomb at the Dayton High School campus about a mile and half away. Nothing was found at the school campus. No one was injured during the robbery either, but authorities say they consider Manuel to be armed and dangerous. He is described as a white man who is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, 180 pounds with dark brown hair, hazel eyes and of medium build. He was last seen driving a silver 2006 Chevrolet four-door passenger car with the Texas License plate No. 480MTH.
