Gardener accused of kissing, groping daughter of client

See it on TV? Check here.   HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A gardener is accused of kissing and groping the 9-year-old daughter of one of his clients.

Juan Jose Lopez-Belloso is charged with indecency with a child. On April 16, court documents state the girl came crying to her father, saying that their gardener grabbed her and tried to put his tongue in her mouth.

The girl told police she was at their Bellaire residence when Lopez-Belloso walked up to her, hugged her and kissed her on both cheeks. She says he then grabbed both of her arms, stuck his tongue in her mouth and touched her on her private area, according to court documents.

She also told police that Lopez-Belloso, 53, had touched her on other occasions.

Bond has been set at $10,000.

Housekeeper accused of assaulting, robbing former client at her home in The Woodlands

  THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- A housekeeper is accused of assaulting and robbing one of her former clients at her home in The Woodlands.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Pine Edge on April 25, and found the homeowner had been beaten by two suspects. The female victim told deputies she answered a knock at her door at around 10am and a female that she recognized as a former housekeeper engaged her in conversation and asked if she had any work for her.

The victim says a male suspect then forced his way into the residence and that she was assaulted by both of the suspects and tied up. Weapons and jewelry were stolen from the residence.

Deputies say the victim was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.

Investigators have identified one of the suspects as Deedra Michelle Grubbs and have obtained a warrant for her arrest. Grubbs, 38, is charged with burglary of a habitation.

Massage therapist charged with sexual assault of client

See it on TV? Check here.   HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A massage therapist is facing charges after allegedly sexually violating a client during her massage.

Omar Prado Ruiz, 34, is charged with felony sexual assault. According to court documents, on May 17, Ruiz was giving a massage to a client at Massage Heights in the 13400 block of Briar Forest. The client said she had requested Ruiz, as she had on numerous previous occasions.

The woman told police that about 45 minutes into the massage, Ruiz began touching her in areas that made her uncomfortable and then he sexually assaulted her. She immediately sat up and demanded he leave the room.

The woman said Ruiz left, but re-entered the room while she was dressing and begged her not to tell anyone for fear of losing his job. The woman obtained a sexual assault exam the same day.

Bond has been set at $30,000 in the case.
