HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are investigating a Christmas morning accident that killed a driver in southeast Houston. At about 7am, a Chevy Suburban traveling easton Rowe crashed into a ditch at Ballantine, about a mile straight south of Hobby Airport. Two people were in the truck at the time of the wreck.
The male driver died at the scene. His female passenger was injured and taken to an area hospital in unknown condition.
Police say there weren't any witnesses to the crash, and they're hoping to talk to the passenger to determine what happened.
