HOUSTON (KTRK) -- SWAT officers are currently at a home where investigators say an armed man has barricaded himself inside. Police got a call about a 21-year-old suspect being holed up inside an apartment on Sandpiper at Willowbend firing a gun. A SWAT team arrived shortly after 3am.
Authorities say the man is alone at a residence and they are currently in negotiations with him to surrender safely. No word of any injuries.
