HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A former Houston firefighter once at the center of a sexual harassment case was cleared Friday of shoplifting charges. Police say Jane Draycott stole a DVD player, two movies and a bag of ice from a Walmart in Spring back in 2010. A judge today ruled Draycott successfully completed terms of her plea deal and dismissed her case. Months before her arrest, a federal report stated Draycott was the victim of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment at HFD's Station 54. She and another firefighter said they found racist and sexist graffiti in their locker room area.
