GALVESTON, TX (KTRK) -- The city of Galveston's entire traffic division is on paid administrative leave. The city isn't saying much about what happened, but here's what we've learned. All 12 employees are on leave until an investigation is complete.
Until then, all of the traffic division's duties and responsibilities have been given to other departments.
