HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Students in Spring ISD and Dickinson ISD will be in class today. Those districts scheduled Memorial Day as a makeup day if classes are canceled during the school year. Both school districts canceled classes on February 4 due to ice. The Texas Education Agency requires districts to make up missed days.
