Brshai Kevin Peters, 17, Nicholas Paul Aker, 19, Jasmine Monique Stelly, 17, and Norris Lee Briscoe, 21, have each been charged with aggravated robbery. 
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Four people were arrested Sunday for the shooting of a cab driver during a carjacking last week. A man was shot eight times after two men carjacked him in southwest Houston around 12:30am Friday. The victim told bystanders he had picked up four men at the Greyhound bus station Main St. downtown. At some point, he was shot and robbed and his van was stolen by his passengers, officials said.
The Temple Police Department SWAT team along with Houston Police Department investigators tracked down and arrested four suspects -- three men and one woman -- Sunday afternoon in Temple.
Jasmine Monique Stelly, 17, of Baytown, Brshai Kevin Peters, 17, Nicholas Paul Aker, 19, and Norris Lee Briscoe, 21, all of Houston, have each been charged with aggravated robbery. All four remain in the Bell County Jail and are awaiting extradition back to Harris County.
