  HOUSTON (KTRK) -- From our excusive Crime Tracker and a partnership with the FBI, we want to bring you the StopHoustonGangs.com 'Fugitive of the Week.'

Hugo Portillo is wanted for the deadly shooting of Saul Garduno. It happened in west Houston back in March of last year. Portillo is a known member of the MS-13 gang.
