LEAGUE CITY, TX (KTRK) -- Police have arrested a man accused of creeping into a woman's home and touching her as she slept. The alleged break-in happened at a home along Autumn Cove in League City on July 24. Officers arrested Marco Alvarez with burglary of a habitation and criminal trespass.
Police think he is the man who was wearing a red mask when he broke into a home and touched a sleeping woman in July.
Officers say Alvarez resembles a man spotted behind another nearby house ten days ago.
