HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three men accused of carjacking a couple and leading police on a chase are now under arrest. Police caught the men after a foot chase at the Cleme Manor apartments on Coke at Calles in east Houston overnight.
Investigators say the men carjacked a couple who were filling up containers of water on Lyons around midnight. About an hour later, an HPD unit spotted the stolen car, which is when the chase began.
After crashing, the men fled to the apartment complex but were captured two hours later.
