Two firefighters injured in west Houston fire

  HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Two firefighters were injured in a fire that burned a town home in west Houston.

It happened at Glynn Way and Briar on Monday afternoon. By the time firefighters arrived, the fire had spread to the roof. They were able to get it under control, but not before it caused significant damage.

The two firefighters had minor injuries and are expected to be OK.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
